Service Area

Townsville Sexual Assault Support Services provides outreach to Charters Towers, Ingham, Ayr, and the Townsville Women’s Correctional Centre.

All services provide services provide services to Townsville.

 

Summary of Service

The Women’s Centre incorporates the Townsville Sexual Assault Support Service, a Specialist Homelessness Service and a Women’s Health Service. The Townsville Sexual Assault Service provides a 24hr response to women and men presenting at the Police or Hospital or GPs.

We offer free counselling services to women over 15 in the Townsville region.
