  • Translating and Interpreting Service 131 450, an interpreting service for people who do not speak English and for agencies and businesses that need to communicate with their non-English speaking clients.
  • DV Connect Women’s Line 1800 811 811, crisis response telephone helpline for Queenlanders who identify as female, experiencing or using domestic and family violence.
  • DV Connect Men’s Line 1800 600 636, crisis response telephone helpline for Queenlanders who identify as male, experiencing or using domestic and family violence.
  • Kids Helpline 1800 55 1800, free, private and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.
  • Elder Abuse Prevention Unit 1300 651 192, promotes the rights of older people to live free from abuse.
  • Women’s Legal Service Queensland 1800 957 957, a specialist community legal centre providing free legal and social work help to people who live and identify as women in Queensland.
  • National Redress Scheme Queensland Support Services, provides support to people who experienced institutional child sexual abuse.
  • Victim Assist Queensland 1300 546 587, Information and advice for victims of crime; including information about support services, victims’ rights and financial assistance.
